Our Fantastik Support supervises, manages and maintains your environments in operational conditions.
They are present on our sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be contacted by phone and email.
Available and responsive, Fantastik Support is a direct access to a qualified technician, to assist you personally in all your urgent requests, in French and English.
For more flexibility, Fantastik Support intervenes on three time slots, allowing you to adjust your need according to the criticalities of your environments :
